DIY Tuesday: Crepe Paper flowers

I love making paper flowers and I did make one for my daughter M's Peacock birthday party  last month. I tried making it in the shape of a rose. They turn out pretty nice as a prop for pictures.

But anyway, Lucy of Craftberry Bush has this beautiful tutorial of making crepe paper flower blossoms. They are so pretty.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter folks!

We used turmeric powder to get the beautiful yellow.

The pink we got using beets.

A  lovely apple green came out when we mixed blue food gel with turmeric powder.

Going to be busy decorating these eggs today with the girls.
