Glutenfree Chocolate Cake in a Cup

When you just have a sweet craving and you just want to calm that craving - this is the chocolate cake you want!

Gluten free chocolate cake baked in a cup

I used a 20 ounce corningware cup to make this cake. You might want to use cups that you can put in the oven.

Ingredients:

8 tbsp Butter
3 Eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp Baking cocoa powder
9 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

The HOW TO

Preheat your oven to 325 F. Grease your cup generously with butter.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. I did mine for about 25 seconds. Don't heat the butter too much. Add the eggs and beat together. Add the vanilla essence. Add in the baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar and beat together. Pour this mix into your cup(s) and bake for 40 minutes. The cake will rise. Cool cake and serve with whipped cream!

This is picture of the cake just fresh off the oven.  Its still raised high.

And here's the cake after I slid it out of the cup. Come out pretty easily. And that's whipped cream sliding off.
