you know i just came across a recipe a couple days ago that had watermelon and feta along with proscuitto and shrimp. there were also tomatoes, but i think i'd skip them in the recipe.i just love the idea of the salt feta with sweet yummy watermelon! thanks for linking up on mercantile muse!
