I have a promise that I need to keep. I have been exercising for the past one week without fail but I need to see the scale moving left a wee bit more. I am going to try this along with a balanced diet.
After a month....will let you know where I stand!!!
2 Handfuls of Baby spinach
1 apple
1 banana
1 cup yogurt
5 strawberries
1/2 orange
All blended and gulped down!
